Note: The type of evaluation will be determined based on your questions/concerns. The diagnostic interview fee is included in this total. Also included is record review, test scoring/interpretation, one feedback session, and report writing.

In some cases, additional testing, feedback sessions, and/or consultation may be requested or recommended and will incur additional fees. Any such decisions would be made collaboratively between you and Dr. Woomert.
At the time of the diagnostic interview, we will work together to determine the best option for your family. If testing is indicated, 50% of the evaluation cost is due at that time/prior to scheduling.


Dr. Woomert is an “out-of-network” provider. At Bridgewater Psychology, the primary goal is to provide you with individualized and comprehensive assessment services to meet the needs of your child and family. Dr. Woomert has chosen not to participate in insurance plans due to the limitations often placed on the assessment process (e.g., limitations on assessment unit allotment and reimbursable diagnostic codes).

If you have out-of-network benefits, you may receive some reimbursement for assessment services. To find out more information, please contact your insurance provider. Dr. Woomert can provide a superbill that summarizes services rendered and associated fees at the conclusion of testing.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of $150 for diagnostic interview/additional feedback sessions and $50 per hour of scheduled assessment for testing appointments will be charged for all appointments missed or canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time. If you are not able to attend your appointment, please provide phone notification at least one business day before your appointment. Exceptions may be made in cases of inclement weather and illness. In these situations, please provide phone notification as early as possible.

Electronic Communication

Dr. Woomert can be reached by phone, email, and through the client portal. Please be aware that any communications outside of the client portal are not protected, and as such, there is a risk of a third party intercepting your information. The client portal is the best avenue for sending private information as it is a HIPAA-compliant system.
