Bridgewater Psychology & Learning Center is an “out-of-network” provider. At Bridgewater Psychology & Learning Center, the primary goal is to provide you with individualized and comprehensive services to meet the needs of your child and family. Bridgewater has chosen not to participate in insurance plans due to the limitations often placed on the assessment and/or therapeutic process (e.g., limitations on unit allotment and reimbursable diagnostic codes).
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may receive some reimbursement for Bridgewater’s services. To find out more information, please contact your insurance provider. Bridgewater can provide a superbill that summarizes services rendered and associated fees at the conclusion of testing.
If you are not able to attend your appointment, please provide phone notification at least one business day before your appointment. Exceptions may be made in cases of inclement weather and illness. In these situations, please provide phone notification as early as possible.
Bridgewater Psychology & Learning Center can be reached by phone, email, and through the client portal. Please be aware that any communications outside of the client portal are not protected, and as such, there is a risk of a third party intercepting your information. The client portal is the best avenue for sending private information as it is a HIPAA-compliant system.
